If there’s any issue with your order, you must email us a description and image of the issue at customerservice@puffecig.com within 48 hours of the delivery date.

Products must be tested for factory defects and reported to us within 48 hours of the delivery date, no exceptions. * Puff E-Cig does not recognize taste as a manufacture defect.

Products with factory defects (not including disposables ) can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date if the defect is covered by the manufacturer warranty. After 14 days, the dispute must be dealt directly with the manufacturer. 

We will pay for the return shipping if the issue was our fault. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and handling. 

Any store credit, refunds or replacements on disposables will be at the discretion of Puff E-Cig.
