First class mail is always our first shipping option here at Puff E-Cig. If your order is a little too heavy for First class mail (over 1lb) we will be shipping it Priority Mail free of charge of course. Click this link from Stamps.com to see the the delivery speed of these packages. For orders under $24.99 we offer first class mail starting at $5.99 which is cheaper than USPS. - PLEASE VERIFY YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS PRIOR SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER. IF OUR SOFTWARE DETECTS AN INVALID ADDRESS WE WILL ATTEMPT TO VERIFY IT WITH YOU PRIOR TO SHIPPING. IF WE CANNOT VERIFY THE ADDRESS WITHIN ONE BUSINESS DAY THE ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED AND REFUNDED. IF THE ADDRESS IS INCORRECT, BUT VALID PER THE USPS, PUFF E CIG IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE SHIPMENT. WHEN RETURNED BY THE POST OFFICE WE WILL EITHER RESHIP THE ORDER AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE OR REFUND THE ORDER, MINUS SHIPPING CHARGES.
- Please note that we are not responsible for packages which are lost or damaged by the USPS. USPS First Class mail is not insured. Priority Mail Express shipments include up to $100 of insurance and Priority Mail shipments may include up to $50. It is important to note that Puff E Cig can only request reimbursement from the USPS for non-delivery. If your item is listed as delivered by the USPS but not received, or damaged in transit you will have to file the claim directly. For the best insurance protection and fastest reimbursement resolution we encourage buyers to consider UPS or FedEx.
- Please be aware that Priority mail is insured, and faster, but the delivery times are not guaranteed. Please use this USPS Calculator to see delivery times. The origin zip-code for our post office is 48444, and drop off time is after 2pm (but before 5) Monday-Friday
- Please note that FedEx and UPS Air Services (Next Day / 2 Day) guarantee delivery in business days (Mon-Fri). Thus orders placed via overnight delivery on Thursday will be delivered on the following Monday. 2 Day orders placed on Wednesday will be delivered on the following Monday.
- Puff E-Cig cannot guarantee any shipping time-frames, and external forces can cause delays in shipping.
- Shipping and delivery time maybe delayed around the Holidays, High Volume Times, and Extreme weather periods
- Once the order is shipped, an email is sent to our customers with the tracking information.
- All orders at Puff E-Cig ship within 24 hours, unless one of the three options in the first bullet point happen.
- We do not ship on Saturday and Sunday
- Once a package has shipped, Puff E-Cig will take NO responsibility in the carriers shipping time-frame.
- Puff E-Cig will take NO responsibility for items lost in transit, sent to the wrong address, nor international fees charged by your country or any involved third parties.

- Orders over $100 will be sent first class mail unless over 16oz also with signature delivery. IF THE CUSTOMER REQUEST TO HAVE THE SIGNATURE REMOVED, PUFF E CIG WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR THE PACKAGE BEING LOST OR STOLEN.
- We do not drop ship products everything we sell is shipped directly from our warehouse
- Orders that are received with leaky bottles, damaged or defective products in shipment must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery date. If reported after 48 hours of the delivery date, Puff E Cig has the discretion to accept or decline the return and or refund.
- Please send an image of the condition of the product to email@example.com.
- Our customers will always be reimbursed for product that is damaged in shipping if and only if reported within 48 hours of the delivery date. Our customers will receive Store Credit or a Refund and that is at the discretion of Puff E Cig.
- WE DO NOT SHIP TO: RHODE ISLAND, NEW YORK, VERMONT, SOUTH DAKOTA, UTAH and MASSACHUSETTS because of impending vape bans and will cancel all orders from those states immediately.
- WE WILL NOT SHIP OUT ANY ORDERS WHOSE NAME ON THE ORDER IS DIFFERENT FROM THAT ON THE CARD, PLEASE MAKE SURE THE CORRECT INFO IS ENTERED OR YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELED AUTOMATICALLY.
