USPS Priority Mail can include insurance up to $50.
USPS Priority Mail Express can include insurance up to $100.
For the best insurance protection and quick reimbursement resolutions, we encourage customers to upgrade to FedEx.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to every state that does not have governmental vaping restrictions. We cannot ship to: Rhode Island, New York, Vermont, South Dakota, Utah and Massachusetts. Any order from these states will be immediately cancelled and refunded. We plan to ship internationally in the near future.
When will my order ship?
We typically ship orders within 24 hours of the order date, but we do not ship on the weekends. We’ll email you a shipping confirmation once your package leaves our warehouse. Please contact our customer service team if you believe your package should have already shipped.
Why isn’t my tracking information updating?
Occasionally, the carrier’s system skips package scans, thus delaying real-time tracking information. If your tracking number does not update within 7-14 days, please contact us along with the carrier.
What States require an adult signature?
All products on Puffecig.com are shipped directly from our Michigan warehouse.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages by the USPS. It’s important to note that we can only request reimbursement from the USPS for non-delivery. If your package is listed as “delivered” by the USPS but you did not receive anything, or if your package was damaged during transit, you will have to file a direct USPS claim.
Orders over $100 will require the adult signature listed on the billing/shipping address.
We cannot guarantee any delivery dates – external forces can cause delays in shipping. Shipping may be delayed around holidays, high-volume periods and after severe weather.
We will not ship any order whose name on the order does not match the name on the payment. Please make sure your info in entered correct during checkout.
If your shipment is damaged in any way, it must be reported to us within 48 hours of the delivery date. Please include a description and image of the damaged package. After 48 hours, you’ll have to file a claim directly with the carrier.
All replacement/warranty shipments are sent via USPS First Class Mail.
